unable to access clipart

I unable to insert clip art into Word, not sure when it happened but I
think it was after installing Service Pack 2, screen freezes the only way
out is Ctrl/Alt/Del then error messages etc appear and have to reboot to
clear fault.
Has anyone else had this problem.
