Unable open file with SP-3 but can open with Excel SP-1

Guys,

I am having issues opening a file using Excel Sp-3 that was created with
Excel SP-1. I can open it in Excel SP-1. Any ideas what could be causing
this?

Basically it crashes and ask is you want to send an error report to
Microsoft.
