I don't know if this is a problem from the beta but I keep getting 0 length
files and directories in the Windows XP temp directory.

I have been unable to delete these files using several methods.

I get the message: Cannot delete tmp00000000: Access is denied. Make sure
the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently
in use.

The directory is called tmp00001b75 and the file inside is tmp00000000.

I have remove programs and tried to delete with no success.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Werner

Although MSAS does keep a couple of files open in Temp, they do not have
these names. So I guess these directories and files are being kept open by
some other application, not MSAS.

Thanks. I was pretty sure MSAS was not the culprit. I'll keep looking.
