Un-intentional deletion of file

I have accidentally deleted a file that has information
for all of my business' invoices. Is there any way of
retrieving information that was deleted from the recycle
bin?

this is a free utility that can restore your deleted file if it has not been
overwritten

there are lots of similar programs that you have to pay for.
search for "undelete" on google

No, you need third party software to undelete files which is not part
of Windows.
