How can I uninstall direct X 9 manually?

Hi Bill!
You can't uninstall DirectX 9 as such in Windows XP.
To uninstall it you have to download "DirectX 9 Uninstaller"

Hi Bill,

You don't. DirectX is considered a system component and is not
uninstallable.

You can find a "directx uninstaller" by using any search engine, however I
do not recommend their use.
