un explained error in windows mail

Its been 2 weeks now that i am un able to send any mail due to the e-mail un
ex plained error message which keep popping up every time i try to delete the
e-mail has MS resolved this problem?

No. They are working on it.
Meantime you will have to use some sort of workaround, such as
sending via web mail, or installing a different email program.

Try removing your mail account, closing and reopening WinMail and then see
if you can get the messages to delete.
