Umm.... Windows XP won't start

I downloaded MSAS, ran it once, found a couple thousand
infections, and left the room for it to clean. I came
back awhile later, and my computer was rebooting.
Only now, it won't run. It just reboots itself over and
over and over again. Everything will run as normal right
up until it should show me the login screen, and then the
computer reboots itself.

I've had that happen to me before, and it was long

before the beta anti spyware come out. I ended up
calling either MS, or it may have been HP, they said it
was looping... I don't recall what they had me do to fix
it, but my point here is that it may or may not be caused
by the anti spyware prog.

When it first starts, press F8 and select Safe Mode - if it boots up, run
MSAS again to finish cleaning up. If not, you may have a worm and will
need the blaster worm removal tool from an anti-virus website -
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FixBlast.exe
