Umax Astra 3400 scanner compatible with Windows XP?

When I tried to install the scanner, a warning popped up saying it had not been tested with Windows XP and could cause damage. Is there anything I can download to make the scanner compatible? Thank you.
 
Contact Umax and/or check their website for compatibility issues.
Ensure you have the latest Windows XP drivers.
