Which one is good? win7 ultimate or professional? I am now using professional.
Should i need to upgrade into Ultimate?

There is very little difference between Pro and Ultimate. Personly I wouldn't waste the money upgrading and if you are a home user, the Home Premium is more than suffcient.

Here's a comparison of all the W7 versions. Do you really need the 14 extra features that Ultimate offers over pro ? Probably not.

obviously Win7 Ultimate is better than professional. But there is a very small difference between them.
i dont think you need to upgrade.
 
The unwritten rule of thumb is, if you have to ask you don't need Ultimate or Pro. ;)
