UIDLs stored in "Outlook 10 Message Manager (Outlook)"

I have regarding the way Outlook tracks which messages have been
downloaded from a POP server when "leave messages on server" is
enabled. If I copy the IPM.MessageManager class messages in the
associated contents of the inbox from one message store to another (in
a different profile), why does Outlook download all the messages from
the server again when I switch profiles? I tried renaming the subject
from "Outlook 10 Message Manager (Outlook)" to "Outlook 10 Message
Manager (Outlook2)", using the name of the second profile, but it
didn't work.
