UI bug renaming files in explorer

I have this annoying bug when I work quickly. If I click on a file in
windows explorer, within a few seconds the name will become editable
to be renamed.

However, if I do a ctrl-home (to move the cursor to the beginning of
the file name) before the file name becomes editable, windows moves to
the first file in the window and then makes that first file editable
for renaming (not the file I intended to rename).

Is this a previouly reported issue? Has it been fixed in Vista?
