Does anyone know what will bre achieved by enabling
UDMA66 on my computer?

If you're running an ATA 66 or ATA 100 hard drive (also known as UDMA66 or
UDMA100) then the drive will run at its rated speed.

Won't do anything for an ATA 33 drive.

It does nothing realy :(
