UCmore spyware

Defender is identifying the UCmore spyware, but not quaranteening or deleting
it. I've tried to go directly to it, in 'System Volume', but I get the
message "Access Denied".

What can be done? How do I get rid of it?

Is that in system volume - restore? If so, then it is in system restore and
can only be removed by purging system restore. Be careful, it may not be
necessary. Someone else may have a better idea.
