UAC=U Are Compromised/Vista Hacked at Black Hat

Reviewers of RCI (5487) released to TAP on Wednesday August 2, 2006 and
personal observation of it show that UAC is systemically flawed in its
execution, requires serious revamping, and is going to cost MSFT where it
really matters to them and the locus of what Vista has become under
Sinofsky--in their wallets..

The majority will. The majority do now. There are plenty of email vectored

viruses out there that require a user to download a zip file email
attachment, open it and type in the password included in the body of the
email, and then install whatever is inside it, and these seem to be
spreading nicely.

I seriously doubt this is the majority.

Any good security is better than no security. Bad security, the sort that
lulls people into a false sense of feeling secure, is worse than doing
nothing.

True. But this is not the case.
