Hello EveryOne!
There is a problem of my UAC ,Why the Windows security center tell me
"You need to restart your computer to set up your UAC "While i entered the
system.

Please repost your question in a newsgroup supporting your version of Windows.
This newsgroup is first in the alphabetical list, but it's for the database
