U.S. Steers Consumers Away From IE

Oh, I understand that. The problem is that the primary source of
alarm is the same government agency whose leadership apparently never
read the fable - or, if they did read it, never learned the lesson -
of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf." There have been so many over-blown
warnings about threats that never materialized, that very few people
outside the Department of Homeland Defense take it seriously, anymore.
