I'm assuming you are meaning your ip address.
go to Start > Run > type CMD
When the command line interface opens, type ipconfig
You'll see all your information.
Type exit when your done. Or just close the window.
Just to clarifie a few things, URL stands for Uniform Resource
Locator, a file can have a URL, a person cannot have a URL, a computer
cannot have a URL, a computer can have an address (that is a domain
name that points to it’s IP address), a person can have an address
(such as house address).
