Typing on lines

I have a form which has underlines where answers should be
typed on. However when typing the answer the underlines
move forward and mess up the whole form. How can you set
up lines to be typed on without messing up the whole
document. I want to make user friendly for everyone in my
group to use.

Create a table, select the cells that need to be
underlined, and format the border to show as an
underline. Leave the rest of the lines blank, and you
have underlines that can be typed on. HTH.
