Typed messages disappears

I am using Office 2003 Pro and when using Outlook as my eMail Editor the
typed messages disappear when sent or saved in sent box, the headings section
is saved.
Person who receives messages just gets "blank" message.

Sometimes caused by having an add-in that is scanning outgoing mail for
viruses. If you have that, turn it off. It's pointless anyway.
