Hi all,
I recently had some hardware probs at home and was forced to rebuild one of
my PC's. The new MB had a built in NIC so decided to use that for my
Internet connection rather than a seperate card.
When setting it up, I was advised that the IP address I was trying to assign
was already assigned to the old Network card, although it had been hidden as
it is no longer installed.
I have since decided to reinstall the old NIC (for my home network).
Autodetected fine, although named NIC #2. I am having some difficulty
getting home network to work and I am confident it has something to do with
the "hidden" NIC#1.
Long background - simple question. How to I display NIC#1 so I can delete
this connection? Any help would be appreciated
Cheers
