Two sided copier/printer?

Does anyone make a high end copier/printer that does duplex printing
without turning the paper, presumably with two inline print engines?

I know some high end copier/printers do two sided scanning, but it's
the printing which is really more prone to jamming.

Konica-Minolta Magicolor 2480 MF.

has a print-duplex option. Print/Scan/Copy,
in color. Laser engine. $699 for basic unit.

There is or will be a duplexer for this thing -- but I don't
see any mention of it on the site.

Actually, I'm looking for a B/W heavy duty office copier/printer in
the 90ppm, $20K+ range. I'm just wondering if a dual sided print engine
(no paper turning) exists at any price. The idea would be to avoid the
inevitable paper jams that a duplexor aggravates with a twisted paper
path.

I'm afraid the currency application is out, unless I wanted to take
advantage of the color blind :)

Sorry I can't help you with the question, but you could always scan
silver coins :O))

I think a similar question was asked a couple of months ago, so maybe
you can find it via that method, however I think/suspect it was a
printer with at least an extra 0 on the end of your price.

As long as the paper is reasonably well treated there shouldn't be too
much of an issue with jamming.

I would think you are looking at something like the Canon IR9070 or
IR105+ or Ricoh Aficio 2090 or 2105. But I don't think they duplex
without turning the paper.
