two security issues

whenever I restart Vista I receive a message from windows security alerts
telling me that my firewall is not enabled and that I have no AV malaware
software installed. I have to physically turn on my windows firewall each
time and I have live one care and f-secure AV for Vista, so why are these
alerts showing when I am protected. I can not turn on the malaware
protection because windows defender wont start up.

I use RC1 and not have this problem.
I only know Trend Micro as protection and Windows Def. and Firewall
other are doesn't work on RC1.

Windows Security alerts can be turned off.
I suggest you to:
Install another security programs or Reinstall Vista or use Restore Points
or back to XP.

I don't see more help for this problem that may be youst from not supported
security program (not Vista, a f-secure). (Install another program)

If f-secure are supported in Vista, then maybe it's one of this crazy random
errors. (Use Restore Points)

If none helps you, you can back to some older OSes like XP and wait until
Vista isn't done.
