I have a dual-screen system and would like to open PowerPoint up in two
'editing' screens, but can't figure out how to do this. I know I can use
Window|Arrange_All but the resulting two windows are too small for my aging
eyes...

I'm comparing, cutting, pasting among multiple presentations so having one
presentation open in each of two monitors would allow me to do this "more
better"...

Many thanks for your help...

I did have a momentary brain-burp (to the untrained eye this could be
mistaken for a 'smart idea'):

1) Open PPT presentation #1
2) Open PPT presentation #2
3) Window | Arrange All (now I have two presentations on one screen
4) "Because" I have dual monitors, I "stretched" the PPT window across the
two screen (so that the entire PPT window now covers two screens).

It's "close" to what I wanted (there's some asymetry with the
preview/thumbnails taking up left screen real-estateand the task bar
taking-up the right screen real-estate...but it seems to work "ok"...

I had posted this sometime back, see if it helps you:

Its a PowerPoint issue. There is actually only one instance of PowerPoint
for all open presentation but it gives an illusion that multiple
presentations are open. You can use the following workaround though:
1. Open two presentations.
2. Make sure that PowerPoint window is not maximized.
3. Drag the corners of any presentation so that it stretches across two
monitors.
4. Select "Window" | "Arrange All" menu item.

One of your presentation would be on one monitor while the other would be on
the other monitor.
