two quick questions - new laptop

I have two quick questiosn for laptop -- I just installed a new OS.

It's a Toshiba p25-s670. In Device Manager, it lists SM Bus Controller and
Base System Device as not having drivers. What are those and where coudl I
find them?

Also, I want to load a bunch of games I own (really) but don't want to have
to bring along the CD. Is there a way to load the CD contents on the drive
and then have the game use that CD through a mehtod in XP?

Chipset drivers for the mainboard chipset.

Not really. It'll just use Windows generic ones.

Start here with your machines details which can be found underneath it.
Once you get the list of files for yours, browse down the list which could
be over 2 or 3 pages for the ones you want.
