Two Questions

I am trying to install Quick books 2002 on Win XP
professional but after it ask me to install, I say yes it
gives a message, Operating system denies access to file
qbooks\setup.exe. Can anyone help me with this?
2nd question, I upgraded my memory to a 256MB pc133 DIMM
CL2 from a VS5 512MB 133 DIMM, restarted my computer,
made sure it was seated tightly in the slot. I can't get
my computer to reconize it. Help!

I know nothing about Quick books but why would you install a 256mb dimm in
place of a 512mb dimm and call it an upgrade?
