two questions

hi, all:

where can I find version of exchange server SP?

We have some users left the company and someone deleted them but somehow, we
always get this message as below:
"The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent
to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out
the correct address.
<exchange1.domain.HQ #5.1.1>

Anybody experience this problem.?
Any help will be appreciated.

Sounds normal to me that you get that message when you send to those people
after you've deleted them. What does that have to do with a Service Pack for
Exchange?

I would post this in the Exchange newsgroup but you'll have to give them more
details such as your Exchange server version and whether or not you're using
Active Directory, etc.

As for bouncing emails, are they part of someone's personal DL perhaps?

It is an exchange server 2000 with current SP. I could not find what version
of SP so I would like to know where to find it SP ver on exchange server 2000.

It was on some personal DL but they deleted their DL.
