Please help with STRANGE Outlook issue!!

In Outlook 2007 when we send out an invitation to a group of three emails,
the following response comes back below. The problem is Sarah has been
deleted from our system for a long, long time and one of the emails is a
distribution group and she is not a member of that or any other in Active
Directory. In fact, she does not exist within the company or on the server
at all whatsoever....wo why would we get this bounce back?? Please help!

When you say "group" what do you mean? If it's a distribution list,
recreate it - it's corrupted (that's common).

The common thread is that the lady who is getting the bounceback is a
delagate of one of the people on the list of the 3 emails th invite is sent
to. The other being one other person and the single email address that goes
out to 7 people, none of which is Sarah.

The lady who is getting the error is a new hire and the lady before her used
to get those rejection notices to so something carried over. Yes I could blow
away the email and recreate it but I was hoping for another way, if not I
will.

Was that person a delegate for someone?

I did find out that sarah was a delegate for one of the people on the list of
three emails that the invite goes out to but since she is not in AD, don't
know how to get rid of her showing up in the undeliverable notices.

Was that person a delegate for someone?
