Two Questions

I have two questions I need help with.
Quest. 1: Whenever I receive an e-mail with pictures attached it shows the
name of the pictures under the subject line and I have to click them to open
them in the photoviewer. How do I make it so that I can view the pictures in
the body of the email like I can do with Outlook Express?? I have tried
going into the Options menu and mess with some of those but it has not helped

Quest. 2: Whenever I am writing a new e-mail how do I make my contacts fill
in automatically when I type a portion of the name? For example, lets say I
have Tom, Theo, Dick and Sally in my contacts. Well I type Tom and it fills
in automatically but when I try to type in Theo I just get the option to
include Tom again and not Theo. How do I get it to auto-complete whatever
name I include from my contacts list??

I am using MS Outlook 2003. Thanks.

1 - Outlook doesn't feature inline previews like Outlook Express. But
there's an addin that might help here:

2 - Outlook should auto-suggest names that you used before. There are some
options for it here: Tools menu > Options > Email > Advanced. Make sure
Automatic Name Checking and the suggest option are on.
