Two question

In cmd window I get this " C:\Document Settings\Username\". I can`t go to C:
and becouse of that I can`t do some thing or find some files etc.... I tryed
with a different comand but nothing, even when i specified entire path like
C:\file1\file2 , enter.
I use XP Proffesional.
Question 2: How can I convert musical file in to mp3. I got "audiograber"
from a friend but I only can see that with it I can rip from CD in to mp3,
but not how to do that with my songs that I already have in my computer.
