Two PC's at home trying to remotely connect with two PC's at work

I have two networked PC's in the office and have two
standalone PC's at home. One home PC can connect to one
office PC, but the other home PC cannot connect to the
other office PC. Both home PC's can connect to the one
office PC though. I understand that port 3389 is used
for Remote Desktop. My question is can another setup be
used to connect using the same port 3389, or can another
port be used for for the second setup. Thank you for any
help you can provide!!

If you have these two computers networked together
through a gateway/router, you will not be able to forward
the same port to multiple IP Addresses. Try changing one
of the PCs to a different port, and make the relevant
entries to forward the ports in your router's firewall.
Let me know if this was helpful.
