What permissions do you need to give someone to apply an existing group polic

What are the default permission given to the administrator group to apply group policies

1) You need to have Read and Write for the GpLink and GpOptions. These are
listed under the Properties tab on the ACL (under advanced\edit). If you use
GPMC, these are masked and jst say "Link" permission.

oops, part 2

Administrators have all capabilities:

Create GPOs - membership in GPO Creator Owners group
Link, edit, etc - misc permissions on the ACL of all OUs.
