Two page letter needs different margin on page two how?

Word 2003 - On a two page letter what is the easiest way to set a different
margin on page two than page one? Page one has letterhead with 1.7 margin,
page two needs 1" margin.
 
You don't actually set a separate margin. Instead, you put a space holder in
your first-page header to mimic different margins. See Letterhead Textboxes
