Desktop has wired network connection via ADSL router, address assigned by
DHCP automatically.
I want add additional internet connection via another ISP over 3G/CDMA
wireless USB modem, and use this connection for particular URLs addresses.
How to configure such connection and how to switch between connections?

regards

You need to look for some articles like this.

You might also be able to arrange something, using a Virtual Machine running a
second OS. Using a browser running in the virtual machine, maybe there is some
way to restrict its traffic to one network interface.

I've never tried anything like that, but there is information out there.
