Two network adapters / accessing multiple shares

Hello, we have a Win2k server with 2 network adapters. One
connects directly to the LAN and the other connects via
crossover to another server. We want to access the machine
connected with a crossover via name. It works fine by IP
address, but if we connect by name it fails. We've created
a static entry in lmhosts and can ping the destination name
from the command prompt. When attempting to hit the share
though it fails to connect. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Try creating an entry in the hosts file also. --- Steve
