Two "My Document" Folders.

Hi,

New to XP, having recently replaced a PC operating WIN 98SE with a new one
operating WIN XP SP2 Home, I find the folder "My Documents" in two places:
1. C:\Documents and Settings\Andy\My Documents. This one has all my stuff
in it, including files recently added.
2. C:\WINDOWS\System32\Config\System Profile\My Documents. This one is
empty.

Just curious......what is the purpose of #2? and why doesn't a file saved to
My Documents go there?

C:\WINDOWS\System32\Config\System Profile\My Documents is used when creating
a new user folder tree
