Display Properties, there should be a section which shows the two
available monitors. There should be a box to tick referring to spanning the
desktop across both monitors. On Intel drivers you also have an icon in yhe
system tray which allows you to et these options.
You're currently set in "Mirror"... Check either the extened properties
or you video diver's tray icon. There should be a setting in there like
"extend", "expand", or "Dual". Once that's selected you should be able
to use the window's control pannel to set the default screen as well as
the actavate the secon monitor (possably after a reboot).
