two folders with the same name

under %userProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Burn, there are two
folders, both with the name "Temporary Burn Folder". However, when I use the
dir at command prompt the names for the subfolders in Burn folder are "Burn"
and "Burn1".

What's the special about those folders?
 
The display name comes from the desktop.ini file in the folder:


[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21815
