Do you have 2 POP3 accounts configured that use the same POP3 server? If so
set only one to receive mail. Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup-> button
Send/Receive...-> button Edit...

How did you upgrade? By means of buying a new machine, formatted your
existing system or inserted the CD and choose to upgrade? In the case of the
last recreating your mail profile could solve the problem as well. Control
Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...

Hello there

Is there somewhere that I can go for a reference for FAQ to look up my
particular problem rather than bore everyone with a question that has
probably been asked a thousand times?

If so, could someone please advise, otherwise my question is as follows....

I have recently just upgraded to Windows & Office XP and when setting up
Outlook I imported my *pst files back in from a secure place. The only
trouble is is that now when I receive a new email I get two of them, both
exactly the same? I only have one inbox. Most peculiler.

Does anyone know what might be the problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks

Dave
