Two email accounts into two data files.

I would like to download two email accounts into a computer that is somewhat
open for others to see. One email account can be viewed by all that access
the computer but the other email account I would like to be password
protected even after the messages are downloaded. I have created a second
data file and password protected it, but then Outlook wouldn't move files to
that data file because I didn't enter the password. All I want is that my
private emails are always guarded by password. Isn't this possible? Is
there some way to have outlook deliver to the separate data files? Help,
please!

Why not create a second e-mail profile for your stuff -- then they would have
to log out of Outlook and you would log in to access your data.

Well, the problem is for ease.... the real user of the computer would rather
have access to both in one console. He is 'old skool' and likes to have both
at the end of his fingertips without too much trouble. I will run this by
him, but I'm not sure it will be the best option for him. Thanks, though.
Any other input would be valued greatly.

Why not just set up the profile to not delete the messages from the server
and just make sure everyone does that as well. (well, and share the
user/pass for that account so that erveryone can access it)
