Two Docs/One Window

In Word 2003 I've seen this before where you would have two documents open in
the same Word window and each document itself can be minimized within the
single Word window. Where is the setting to do that?

In Tools > Options > View tab, uncheck "Windows in Taskbar". Each document
will then have its own cluster of three buttons in the top right to
minimise, restore or maximise, and exit, and the minimise button will
minimise the document window within the main Word window.
