two different gateways in one machine

hello...
i have a machine with winxp sp2 , and im using two NICs. Every NIC is
connected into a different adsl router, using two differents networks,
10.10.10.x and 192.168.100.x ....
I would like to ask if its possible to force internet explorer to use one
router (10.10.10.x) as the gateway and e-mule to use the other router as the
default gateway without the use of a proxy server....
Thanks

Sure, what you need to do is modify the routing table. I have a case like this one.

RoutingOne router goes to the corporation email server and another one goes to the Internet. Symptoms: you have one router connecting to the corporation for email ...

Hi,

I'm browsing these newsgroups because I want to do exactly the same thing.
didn't find a solution yet thow. I'm not a big network guru so I'm actually
looking for a program that would let me assign nic's to certain program's. In
my case it's about one adsl and 1 cable line. I want to connect to the
company domain etc. via the adsl line but I want other stuff like webradio,
downloads to run via the (free) unlimited and mutch faster cable connection.

Is there something like this out there?

Thnx alot for replying.

hello franky
the only thing i have find so far is how you can redirect the packets based
on network subnets via access lists...i think the use of a proxy server can
be quite useful for drive the applications through out to the network but i
cannot setup 2 proxy servers into my home network.
Im still looking for a third party solutions ....
