Two DHCP servers on the same network

We're having in our company two different domains on the same network. one is
in the range 192.168.152.* and the other in the range 10.0.0.* .
Both domains have there own DHCP server. It now happens that workstations do
get their IP from the wrong DHCP server. Is there a way to let workstations
go to a prefered DHCP server or do i have to switch of one of the DHCP
servers ?

You can use 2 NICs in 1 server with 2 scopes and enable routing. The server
should provide an address from the appropriate scope based upon the network
it came from.
You can put a router between the subnets.

You need a router for each address range you want to segregate, with the
computers in each range set to use their router as the default gateway.
Otherwise the first DHCP server that answers a request will assign an
address no matter which range you wish the computer to be assigned to.

I found two articles about Multiple DHCP servers Q268833 and Q161571.
They answer to my problem. Thank you all.
