Ive just done windows update and one of the updates was version 1.1 of the
..NET framework. When I look in the admin tools folder I now have

Microsoft .NET Framework Configuration
Microsoft .NET Framework Wizards
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Confuguration
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Wizards

Is this correct?

Thanks for the reply.... so that means my other PC is wrong? It only has...

Microsoft .NET Framework Configuration
Microsoft .NET Framework Wizards

but add/remove programs says I have 1.1 installed.

It seems to be important that you always log in as the same administrator
(if you have two or more) to do windows update.

I uninstalled .net version 1.1 then logged in as the same admin that
installed .net 1.0 and re-installed 1.1.

Now both my PC have the correct set up.
