Two Complete Independant .pst files

Greetings:
Looking to have 2 .pst files - each a complete identity.

WORK: My .pst is the 'master' file in the company. All updates are to be
forwarded to me. Then in turn, m WORK.pst is made available monthly for
import by co-workers. This way we are on the same page (at least some of the
time).

Problem: My personal stuff is currently all in this .pst. When co-workers
download
my contacts list, they get my personal stuff also.
Somehow, I need to completely seperate the personal from work.

SO; If I create a new .pst file, for HOME Stuff, how do I seperate
completely all
e-mails, contacts, calendar, journal, etc......
What I'm picturing is a 'complete' WORK .pst and a seperate complete HOME.pst.
My home.pst would then be imported from home to work, periodically.

I hope I've made my situation clear.
Is it possible to do this? If so how.
It is imperative that each .pst file is complete but seperate.
If this cannot be done, what would be the next best way to get at least
close to the above desired state.
Thank-you

Sorry - I know better:
I use Excel 2003, SP2.
