TweakUI icon isn't present

Hi! I recently got a new computer with WinXPhome. I had used TweakUI
on my old computer(Win98) so I went to power toys and downloaded TweakUI
(for XP) and installed it. It is installed and I can use it but I had
to put a shortcut on my desktop. Where is the TweakUI icon that it is
supposed to be in Control Panel? Or doesn't the icon appear on Control
Panel like it does in Win98? Appreciate a little help with this. Thanks!

It no longer puts itself in the control panel. Instead, it is in the
Powertoys for Windows XP folder of your start menu (under all programs).

Kelly has a tweak on her tweak page that will place the
icon in the control panel menu....
