Tweaking XP

hello,

i was reading a review of new software and came across a package called
x-setup pro, which is free http://www.x-setup.net/product/home.asp?lang=EN
what caught my attention is that there are over 1,700 tweaks for windows.
i installed it and was wondering if anyone has used this software.
it seems pretty cool to me. <no, i do not work for or own this company> i
just thought the software was pretty cool.
so many people here have helped me - this is just one small way that i can
show my appreciation.

It isn't new. As in all other tweaks and edits applied, be sure you
understand what it is doing.

Its a good program,I have also downloaded it.It has many usefull apps.As
noted be sure you know what it is going to do.

what caught my attention is that there are over 1,700 tweaks for windows.

For myself I would not accept something setting out to Tweak according
to *its* ideas without it being a great deal clearer over what some of
those are. I have seen Tweak programs around that push modifications
that I *know* to be ill advised or outright dangerous.

i've only changed 2 or 3 things.
i haven't seen the "recording" feature. what does it do?

The Record Mode is accessed <from the X-Setup Classic interface, at least>
via the File drop down menu. Also via the *Settings* option <though I forget
the actual name of that option and don't have X-Setup on here>. It simply
logs every plug-in used. Given the massive no. of tweaks you can easily do
so many in one session as to forget exactly what you have changed, in which
case the log is very useful.
