Tweak v2.10 Focus? Problem

After installing TWEAKIU v2.10, when multiple panels are displayed on
my screen I can no longer just click my mouse on a panel and work on,
see, or use that panel. WHen I move my mouse to a panel that pops up
while I am working on another panel, the new panel will just dissapear
until I close all open panels except the one I want to work on.I think
this is refered to Focus (?)(does this make sense?) Another example:
while Outlook is open and I want to access the tree under "personal
folders outlook today", when I click on the header, the tree opens
and I use to be able to just click down on any part of the tree and
access, move, edit any part of that tree. But since the install when I
move the curser off the header in Outlook called"personal folders
outlook today" instead of the tree staying open it closes, preventing
me access. I have looked at the General Tab in Tweak that references
focus and have not enabled the focus feature. I unistalled
Tweak, rebooted and the problem still exists. What a drag. Any ideas
or solutions apreciatted.

Why NOT got to the people who wrote tweakIU. Note that tweakUI (user
interface) is from Microsoft!

Did you enable the X-mouse behavior (Mouse -> X-mouse node in TweakUI's
tree list)? Uninstalling TweakUI will not undo any and all registry
changes it, ah, you have made using it. Have you tried reinstalling
your mouse driver (assuming it has software from the maker rather than
you using whatever Windows happens to provide generically)? If this is
a cordless mouse, have you replaced the batteries (weird behavior can
occur when they get weak)? Have you tried another mouse to make sure
your old one isn't defective, like it getting stuck in drag mode when
you single-click (and assuming you don't have drag-mode enabled in your
mouse software)?
