tv_Config.MgrErr19

I am using a retail copy of Vista Ultimate on a high specification computer
with 2GB of RAM and oodles of free disk space running at 6.8 GHz.

I ran the Reliability and Performance Monitor. The following messages
appeared:

A device has a configuration problem that prevents it from working properly.
The device, Microsoft Tun Miniport Adapter, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr19".
This device will not be available untill the issue is resolved. The Plug and
Play ID for this device is 5.

A second error message is the same as the first except it ends with: The
Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\*TUNMP\0000

I can't really find anything on the internet about this problem.

However I did check Device Manager where I have an exclamation mark against
"Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface" under Network adapters. On clicking
Properties and going to the Details tab the Value of the Device Description
is shown as Microsoft Tun Miniport Adapter, so clearly this is the offending
item.

Under the General tab "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its
configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code
19)" appears with a suggestion that I check for solutions. This I have done
twice with no result.

Any suggestions. Should I simply Uninstall it or should I Disable it. I
have no idea what it is as it is not something I recognise. My Network
Adapter is Via Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adapter.

I too have the same issue (Dell 9150 - Vista Ultimate).

Going to try a disable of that device and restart to see what happens.
