hello, would watching TV with TV tuner on a PC be better than a normal
analogue TV ?
(and coaxcial video input also)

Better ?? That may depend on the TV tuner. I have a TV card in my desktop,
and the picture is very good.

Hi,

Your picture will only be as good as the signal being provided. Frankly,
without a high end video card and a digital input, the picture on the TV is
likely to be better than any you get on your PC.
