TV tuner questions

I have a Dell wireless notebook loaded with MCE 2005. I want to record TV
and I have Comcast cable. Do I need an extra TV tuner or will my cable box
act as a tuner and work with MCE? If I do need to buy a tuner what's the
best way to connect it to the cable box? There are on the cable box: data
port and an RCA video connection(yellow coded). Or do I use a Y connector
with the cable coax?

And this has exactly what to do with programming in Visual C++? Try a
Windows Media Center newsgroup for better results.
